About Roilgard 

History

Roilgard, Inc. was formed in 1976 to purchase the assets and technology of Duluth Filter. Since 1949, Duluth Filter had produced fine filters with low micron ratings as well as systems for a wide variety of filtration applications.

In January 2005, Roilgard was purchased by Robinson Metal, Inc., one of the Midwest’s premier metal fabricators. Two years later, with Robinson’s core business rapidly growing, ASL Technologies was approached to acquire the assets of Roilgard. Since 1992, ASL Technologies has used Roilgard Canisters and their unique water absorbing elements in ASL’s premium patented Electrostatic Fluid purification systems. (www.aslfilter.com) The acquisition of the Roilgard assets is a perfect fit with ASL.
